A Plantsmith-exclusive macrame hanger made by Melbourne brand Elk & Horn, paired with a light-weight, 100% recycled plastic pot with a matte finish so as to appear like natural concrete or terracotta.

Pot measures approximately 35cm diameter and 16.5cm depth, and includes a drainage hole and plug. Great for those larger hanging plants.

Our store is located in Preston, and delivery is available to Melbourne suburbs or contact us for Australia wide delivery.
