This hard to find aroid, formerly known as a philodendron, has been recently reclassified as a thaumatophyllum, a "tree philodendron" that develops a trunk over time and sheds its lower leaves. This is a must for anyone dreaming of an indoor jungle, as it will add instant tropical vibes with the bonus of easy care.
Glossy green leaves develop along dramatically spiralled stems. These plants prefer a slightly tight pot and free draining soil. Find these a bright spot and enjoy your statement indoor plant.
Available in 17cm plastic nursery pots. Pictured here in the Athens Planter, sold separately.
Please also note, as is the nature of living things, there may be some slight variation from the plant pictured. All plants will be in the same health/ condition and rough size as the one pictured but may differ in leaf shape etc. They are plants after all!
