Hoya curtsii 'Thailand Form' is a compact, slow-growing plant known for its small, heart-shaped leaves with attractive silver speckling. Native to Southeast Asia, this variety features a trailing growth habit, making it ideal for hanging baskets or terrariums. The 'Thailand Form' is especially valued for its dense foliage and occasional clusters of fragrant, star-shaped flowers that range from creamy white to pale pink. This form is popular among collectors for its unique texture and charming appearance.
Hoyas are a Plantsmith favourite due to their easy-going nature and diversity (not to mention some of the craziest names around). They are epiphytic plants, meaning they require a well-draining mix in a tighter pot to be happy; only repot in Spring when it is bursting out of its current pot. Hoya curtsii is semi-tropical and will do best in a warm, bright spot. Keep indoors in cooler climates. Keep soil on the dryer side during winter and moist through the warmer months.
Available in 8cm plastic nursery pots.
Please also note, as is the nature of living things, there may be some slight variation from the plant pictured. All plants will be in the same health/ condition and rough size as the one pictured but may differ in leaf shape etc. They are plants after all!
We pride ourselves on the health and quality of our plants, hand picking them from a multitude of specialist growers across Victoria and NSW.
