Hoya carnosa compacta (Indian Rope) - ADVANCED 12cm pot

A unique species of Hoya with thick glossy green leaves that grow tightly curled. One of the hardiest species of Hoya, they are cold tolerant so can be grown outdoors in Melbourne in a protected position. If growing as an indoor plant provide them with a plenty of bright light and and allow to dry between waterings to keep the, happy and healthy.

Hoyas are a Plantsmith favourite due to their easy-going nature and diversity (not to mention some of the craziest names around). They are epiphytic plants, which means that they require a well-draining mix in a tighter pot to be happy; only repot in mid spring when it is bursting out of its current pot. Find a warm, bright spot for these plants - and some morning sun can encourage flowering with some of the loveliest fragrances around.
