Hoya burtoniae ADVANCED - 12cm pot

A sweet Hoya with small, fuzzy dark green leaves that have a velvety feel. This fast growing species makes for a low fuss houseplant, requiring only minimal watering and a bright position indoors.  Under the right conditions this adorable Hoya produces orange and pink flowers with a honey like fragrance, making it a stand out for any collection.

Hoyas are a Plantsmith favourite due to their easy-going nature and diversity (not to mention some of the craziest names around). These are epiphytic plants, which means that they require a well-draining mix in a tighter pot to be happy; only repot in Spring when it is bursting out of its current pot. Find a warm, bright spot for these plants - and some morning sun can encourage flowering with some of the loveliest fragrances
