PRODUCT INFORMATION
PRODUCT INFORMATION

The Saxifraga stolonifera is a flowering perennial plant native to China, also known as the ‘Strawberry Begonia’ or ‘mother of thousands’ plant. Like the Strawberry, Saxifraga produce runners from the main plant, which multiply the mother plant, and if in ground take root. The cultivar 'Tricolour' has leaves with dark green centres and edges that begin pink, then turn a creamy white variegation as the leaf matures. Saxifraga do well as a hanging plant or look great styled on the edge of a shelf to show off their intricate, trailing foliage. Bright light indoors or a shaded position outdoors will see this plant thrive.

Available in 7cm plastic nursery pots.

Please also note, as is the nature of living things, there may be some slight variation from the plant pictured. All plants will be in the same health/ condition and rough size as the one pictured but may differ in leaf shape etc. They are plants after all!

Our store is located in Preston, and delivery is available to Melbourne suburbs or contact us for Australia wide delivery.
