Hoya coronaria 'Red' - 9.5cm pot

The Hoya Coronaria is a trailing/climbing Hoya with dark green waxy leaves. It’s vining characteristics makes it a stunning indoor plant and relatively low maintenance. It prefers a bright spot indoors and will flower when under the right conditions, producing beautiful red star shaped flowers.

Hoyas are a Plantsmith favourite due to their easy-going nature and diversity (not to mention some of the craziest names around). They are epiphytic plants, which means that they require a well-draining mix in a tighter pot to be happy; only repot in mid spring when it is bursting out of its current pot. Find a warm, bright spot for these plants - and some morning sun can encourage flowering with some of the loveliest fragrances around.
